Annie Jane Brunker

The Todd County Funeral Home is honored to be serving the family of Mrs. Annie Jane Brunker.

Mrs. Annie Jane Brunker, age 86 of Springfield, Tennessee, passed away on April 23rd at the TriStar Southern Hills Medical Center in Nashville. 

Mrs. Brunker was born August 1, 1937, in Nashville, Tennessee daughter of the late Harvey and Mamie Jarrett Moore.  

She was an active member of the Ivy Memorial Baptist Church. She loved her family, friends, being outdoors, gardening and traveling. 

She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Brunker; two sons, Timmy Melton and Mark Brunker; one daughter, Janet Jarrett and several siblings. She is survived by one son, Sandy Melton of Nashville; two daughters, Gloria Ann "Sissy" (Michael) Morton of Springfield, Tennessee and Penny (Bobby) Melton of Goodlettsville, Tennessee; her grandchildren, Teresa Melton, Roger Dale Jarrett Jr., Christopher Hill, Paula Hill, Michael Morton Jr., Mark Brunker, Lily Morton, Samantha McKinney and Brittany Morton.  Also surviving are several great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. 

Visitation with the Brunker family will be held on Friday, April 26, 2024, at the Ivy Memorial Baptist Church from 11:00 until funeral service time at 1:30.  Funeral service is scheduled to be conducted at 1:30 at the church with Reverend Jerry Heflin officiating. Interment to follow at the Mount Olivet Cemetery in Nashville, Tennessee.
